Order Cancellation Policy

1. Free Cancellation Period

You may cancel your order at no charge as long as the declaration has not been registered in the customs system. Once the documents are issued, you have a grace period of 1 hour to report any errors caused by us or discrepancies between the issued documents and your original request. Please carefully verify the following:

• Vehicle and trailer/container registration numbers
• Declared route and transit path
• Departure, transit, and destination customs offices
• Declared type of goods and number of transport units

2. What Is Considered "In Processing"

Once we begin entering your data into customs or logistics systems, the order is considered "in processing." At this point, cancellation may no longer be free of charge.

3. Cancellation After Processing Begins

• If the documents have already been submitted to customs, the service is considered fully delivered and non-refundable.
• If data entry has started but submission is not yet complete, an administrative fee of €20 may apply.
