Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy describes the conditions under which refunds or cancellations may be requested when using services provided by AI FREIGHT S.R.L..

1. Cancellation of Services

You have the right to cancel your order before the service is processed. A service is considered processed once documentation has been submitted to customs authorities or generated according to your request.

If the service has not yet been initiated, cancellation is free of charge. To cancel, you must send a written request via email to info@aifreight.ro.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds may be granted if the request is made within 14 calendar days and the service has not been fully delivered.
  • No refund is possible once the service (such as issuance of transit/customs documents) has been fully completed and delivered.
  • Partial refunds may be considered in exceptional cases where only partial work has been carried out.

3. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, we will issue the refund within 14 calendar days using the same payment method originally used, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Incorrect data submitted by the client
  • Service already processed and submitted to authorities
  • Requests made after the 14-day legal window
