Our services are offered primarily online and include transit documentation, customs assistance, and support for international freight operations.

1. Scope of Services

We provide:

• Transit declarations (T1, T2, ENS, CHED, etc.)
• Digital customs documentation
• Consultancy and coordination for cross-border freight procedures
• Secure document handling and digital delivery

2. Service Delivery

Services are generally delivered within 45–90 minutes after all required and accurate data is received. Delivery is performed via email or messaging platforms. Delays may occur in case of incomplete information or technical interruptions.

3. Ordering & Confirmation

• Orders are accepted via email, website contact forms, or official messengers (e.g., WhatsApp, Telegram).
• Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
• All communication must be done through the client’s official contact details.

4. Payment Terms

Available payment methods:

• Bank transfer
• Cash (only where permitted)
• Online payment via Netopia Payments

By using online payment, you agree to the processing of your data in accordance with the provider’s terms.

5. Document Validity

All digital documents issued are considered official unless explicitly stated otherwise. These documents may be used for legal customs clearance and transport procedures across the EU and associated countries.

6. Client Responsibility

• Provide complete and accurate data for document issuance
• Check and confirm all submitted information
• Cooperate with customs or border authorities if required

7. Limitations

AI FREIGHT S.R.L. is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect data, external system failures, force majeure, or customs authority decisions. The client assumes full responsibility for incorrect submissions.
